Jackley Releasing Report on Katherine Frank Shooting

PIERRE, S.D.–South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley will release a report tomorrow (Friday) on the Oct. 9 shooting that killed a law enforcement officer in Sioux Falls.
Minnehaha County Deputy Katherine Frank (pictured) was fatally injured in the incident.South Dakota’s Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) led the investigation.
Friday’s news conference starts at 10:30 a.m. CST in the media conference room of the Sioux Falls Law Enforcement Center, and will be streamed on the Sioux Falls Police Department’s Facebook Page.
